Registration

 You have to register your paper before March 14th, 2007 by paying registration fee based on the following rules:
 

1. Each paper should have one FULL registration before March 14th, 2007 deadline. 
2. If an author has multiple papers accepted, each paper should have one FULL registration; one FULL registration by a single author can NOT be used to count for registration of multiple papers.
3. Student author registration can NOT be counted as a registration of a paper.
4. If no FULL registration is received before the deadline  (March 14, 2007), you paper will be removed from the accepted list
   and will NOT be included in the conference proceeding.
5. To register online, just click the credit card symbol in the following table. Then you will be directed to our on-line registration by credit card or Paypal account. (Notice that if you plan to do several registrations at once, you have to click at least once of the credit-card symbol at each appropriate row. Then you can change the quantity inside --- for example change the number of extra pages you want to pay, or the number of FULL registrations you want to pay and so on. Then you will be directed to fill out information about your billing address and name and so on.)

2. click the credit-card icon on the right side of FULL author registration (under the "Add to Paypal" Column).
   you get https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr
3. You need to click the credit-card icon of other rows if you want to do other registration such as "Extra Page Charge" or "Student Registration" and so on.
4.  then click "Proceed to Checkout" after select all registrations you want to do.
5. in the new page, go to the bottom of the page, click "Continue" inside the "Don't have a PayPal Account?" if you pay by credit card.
6. Then you are asked to enter your billing information.
7. after filling out, click "Continute to checkout"
8. follow instructions hereafter until you finalize your transaction
