Abstract

The topic of the presentation will be an overview of the Air Force Research Lab – Information Directorate and the technical areas we focus on including command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. In addition, I'll introduce the audience to the Information Institute which is a consortium of universities performing research in areas of information technology of interest to the Information Directorate.

Biography

As the Corporate Development Officer for the Information Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratories, Dr. Kroecker works with senior leadership to implement their vision across the Directorate. He is responsible for implementing recruitment and selection processes for a scientists, engineers, administrators, and management roles. He specializes in the design, development, and implementation of empirically-derived competency-based recruiting and development systems. Dr. Kroecker received his Ph.D. from IIT in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
