deadline for extended abstract (between 5 to 12 pages) in PDF file is April 30, 2004.
Two types of paper abstracts are
acceptable:
1. Regular paper that presents the theoretical and/or algorithmic advances in wireless ad hoc, sensor, or peer-to-peer networking.
2. Survey of the arts in theoretical and/or algorithmic advances in wireless ad hoc, sensor, or peer-to-peer networking.
The abstract should be sent to

final version of the accepted papers, please using the following format
All manuscripts must
be limited to 10 pages with font size 10 in standard IEEE camera ready format
(double column).
