Congratulations! Dr. Xian-He Sun and Anthony Kougkas have received a $4 Million NSF Framework Grant

Distinguished Professor Xian-He Sun and Research Assistant Professor Anthony Kougkas have received a $4 million grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for the project, "Frameworks: Collaborative Research: ChronoLog: A High-Performance Storage Infrastructure for Activity and Log Workloads." The award is expected to be $4 million over four years. Illinois Tech was awarded $2.7 million of the grant and the University of Chicago was awarded $1.3 million of the grant. IIT news reports this.
